Don't Stop Dancing! Believe you can fly! Cialo had found out that people here seemed to scare easily the hard way. To be honest the metali prince had thought nothing of it when he wandered into the city in his animal form. His animal form was his most natural state of being so that was how he preferred to travel. Not to mention that his sky blue fur was easier to maintain in his jackal form rather than in his human form where it was a pain to try to clean. Still he had made a habit of carrying his clothes for his human form when he really needed to switch real quick. He never knew when or where he would have needed to switch forms real quick but he did know that he hated doing it. Sure he actually had access to his own magic in his human form but he also tired out quickly in his human form so it was not ideal to stay in for long periods of time. Still what he hadn't been expecting was to be chased out of the city unceriousmonaly by a giant mob. They mentioned something about not eating their children as he dashed for the forest to get away from those crazy people. What they had said was complete nonsense though. Ignoring the fact that he preferred vegetables over the taste of meat any day of the week, Cialo didn't have it in him to even harm a child. What kind of animal/human hybrid did they even think he was for goodness sake? Of course he never got the chance to even reveal that he was in fact part human before they ran him off but that was entirely beside the point. He was a sentient being and not some mindless creature who lived and breathed off of his instinct solely. Of course he had thought about completely succuming to his more animalistic side before but really he didn't believe that would paint his Kingdom or his people in a good light. "Guess it can't be helped." Cialo, shifting back into his more human form as he hid behind a tree, muttered to himself. He really didn't like situations like this considering how draining his human form really but he couldn't just stand behind a tree indecent and complain about his luck. Seeing as he really hated the transitions between forms the teenager was quick to put his clothes on being careful about making sure he didn't smother his tail. As soon as he was properly dressed, ignoring how quirky his chosen outfit for his human form really was, Cialo saw fit to enter the city once more and see if he could find out some information about his situation. Ignoring the mild headache that was already beginning to throb at the back of his head, Cialo had to stop himself from walking on all fours lest he wanted to scare the locals off. The drain on his energy could be ignored for a while but he couldn't put off his hunt for information in good faith. He needed to find a way to return home if he ever wanted to save his people from his father. He just hoped he didn't scare the locals again. tags, Open words, 542 notes, Woo |
