rikku was excited. she was gonna go out sphere hunting. she was happy to go out and actually do something instead of staying inside the Celsius and arguing with Brother all the time. that has honestly gotten boring really fast, well, it was really annoying too. she can't stand how stubborn he can get sometimes but that doesn't mean that she ever really listened to him anyways. she was currently strolling along the streets of luca listening to buddy's directions through her com.
she didn't really care the odd looks she was getting for her choice of clothing. it was really comfy and easy to move in and that's what mattered right? besides, she thought the outfit was really cute. anyways, she continued on skipping along before she sighed hearing brother arguing with buddy. "Geez! do you guys have to do that now?! we have a treasure sphere to find, remember?" she sighed and placed her hands on her hips. "I honestly don't know how me, yunie and paine got anything done with those two."
as the two continued arguing, shinra led rikku to the old blitzball field, saying that the sphere was likely to be in there. thus she began to look around in normal Rikku fashion, by crawling around and going "here treasure sphere~" and she didn't really care if anyone heard her because in her mind it tended to work. well, mainly for cute little animals but still, she was gonna say it anyways.
Slowly and clamly in the street Auron was walking as children of all sorts passed by him playing in a joy, Auron had his remaining eye closed thinking about the past and still of the hatred he had for Yevon. His Nog was hanging loosely at the right side of his Hapi, the children were trying to grab at it to see what was inside but didn't know that Auron had caught onto their curiosity. Everytime tried to grab it Auron would move just slightly forcing them to miss and bump into Auron, screaming out, "Sorry! Sorry!" they would say scratching their heads and attempting a few more times before finally calling it quits.
Auron's arm hung loosely within the red hapi his wrist and hand were exposed as well as a tad bit of his forearm and Masamune was wresting over his shoulder, The long blade was shining brightly in the sun's shine as Auron had found himself just entering the town. Silently he walked into what would be the beginning of Spira his one eye opening just a tad to take in what he had left so long ago, this was indeed a strange site to behold something he never really paid much attention to now.
Auron's body often shivered as he felt death's cold embrace still on his shoulders as if it was ready to take him at any time, Auron simply shrugged the feeling by ignoring it but he didn't know how long he was going to be able to do that for forever, as he walked on was just 60 feet away from what used to be the Blitzball Stadium. His mind raced with memories of what used to be but now his eyes came to meet reality for what it was now but suddenly he stopped to take in the memory, the spot where he stood in when it happened and it was here that he stood to think losing himself for a while.
rikku was continuing her search in the stadium, making sure she didn't miss anything. one had to be thorough if they wanted to get all the best spheres. and rikku did want all the best spheres out there. she began to hum as she went along looking. why pass up the opportunity to practice when she could? yunie may have been the better singer but her cousin better watch out if rikku kept practicing like she could. the only problem for rikku was actually remembering to practice in between hunting and smacking brother for doing something stupid. She had made her way to the audience seating as she hummed along, bouncing around with each movement.
still believing herself to be alone, she began to sing out a little bit. "Once we've crossed the hill, there's the summer sea. Let's run down to the shining beach!~" she suddenly got a great idea for the gullwings to get more gil. they could put on another show but instead of just yunie, rikku could go up there and sing. it'd be a two-for-one, what's better than that? as she continued on her search, she heard footsteps coming from nearby. she peeked around and thought she saw a familiar face, well, a familiar head. she tilted her head as she quietly tried getting closer to get a better look at the person.
as soon as she got closer, she saw that set of familiar sunglasses. ones she hasn't seen in a few years. when she was in a prime position, she pounced and glomped onto him with a smirk. "Hiya, Auron!~" she giggled as she just held on, knowing that he'd probably be pissed off at her for doing that. but oh well, when was it that someone came back from the farplane twice? at least that's what she thought happened but rikku did mess things up from time to time.
