It had been done, everything was ready and people were able to come to this new place. It seemed to surreal at first. The fact that she made an entire realm a place all of her own for people to live in. It was something that was still working its way into her mind. But there was something else that was on her mind, something else that needed to be done and that was getting the first two people she wanted to set foot here to be here. That being said, she let out a soft sigh as she was still getting used to some of the changes that took place after she had made this realm. She had gotten a bit taller, a bit more filled out, she now had four wings instead of just two, a pair of white and a pair of black, her weapon also changed into something completely different, and she could feel the power going through her. But all in all she was still herself. And that was the important thing.

Going back to the Middle ground, she approached each of the two one at a time, more so to save the meeting between them for her world just in case something big happened. The first she went to was the little one, John, which was the son of Raiden. After that she invited him to her realm and told him to wait in the area that she brought him too once they were back within the realm. She told him that she wouldn't be gone for too long, that she had someone just as important to go and collect to bring here. And she said it would be a surprise to both him and the person that she was on her way to get. Because of that she let a soft smile cross her face as she hugged John lightly and then went back to the Middle Ground.

By this point she had both pairs of wings out and she was flying around looking around the city to see if she could find Raiden, and upon finding him she slowly landing in front of him, both sets of wings folding around herself as she smiles to him softly. "I have a surprise for you. It is back in my realm. Yes...I have become the Goddess of War. I talked with Opimi and because of the interactions I have with someone else, I was able to skip the trial. But that is not the surprise I have waiting for you within my realm. I have the feeling that you will enjoy this surprise, and I know the other will as well." And with that she places her arms around him in a bit of a hug and then warped with him to her realm, and it was there that she smiled even more as she stepped away to reveal what the surprise was. She was hoping that he would be happy with it, and that would start out the time here in her realm.

"Welcome to my realm. Labrum, Realm of War. You two are welcome to stay here as long and as much as you wish. This is my home as much as it is your home. It is safe here and there are other people living here as well, so you will never be on your own. And Raiden...Even if the trial was skipped, I still wish to make you a champion of mine, I still want you to be closeby to me. That will never change. And I brought your little one here to give him a safe place to be. And so you two could be reunited. I hope that this is a good sort of...Homecoming for the two of you." And with that she smiled again, looking out over her realm, both sets of wings slowly opening as she then looked down at her hands. It was official, she truly was the Goddess of War, this wasn't a dream, this wasn't something that was fake. And now...Now she was in her realm with a couple of people that meant something to her. All was well...At least...For now. It would be interesting to see if the two react nicely to all of this.

The child couldn't fight that confusion he felt. Wandering around Omphalos the Middle ground clutching his toy sword. His father had given it to him, and that only that and John had survived the crash. Little John looked up at her his small hands reaching out to the wings. He should have been cautious but the child was amazed by her wings. His father's voice echoed in the back of his mind telling him to be careful. But she didn't have a violent look to her, could it be a trick? Little John held the toy sword with one hand just giving a small nod. He would trust her if it meant finding any sign of his father.

John had been left there waiting for her, his tiny hands had wrapped the best they could around her body. Only giving a small nod playing with the toy sword like a small child would. Chasing imaginary things that weren't really in front of him. He wanted to become strong just like this father. Though the silent child didn't seem to speak up about that to anyone. "Be safe...Fairy." He muttered after she had left, just closing his eyes. John had been sleeping in alleys, or sneaking into open windows. Mostly abandoned, broken down houses, he had no money after all. And was in his own way a bit too unsure of the inn or this place to approach it.

It almost felt like forever that the child was sitting there. Trusting her seemed to be alright or at least he thought so. The realm reminded the boy of a story book, he wished he could have brought those from his home. But he had disappeared just after his mother's accident, the dried blood on his forehead and on his sailor suit. John jumped up hearing other people, that voice he knew it. "Daddy! Fairy!" He didn't exactly know much about her anyway, so Fairy was just what he said. She had saved them both, and how long has his father been here.

This place was really awesome, John had wandered around a bit waiting for them to get back. Though he didn't go far enough to get himself lost. That would be really bad and worry both of them. John didn't always think about that when his mother was involved but with his father it was different. Sparkling big eyes spoke of just how awesome he thought this place was. John shivered for a second his mother's death flickering through his head like a movie. But he forced them away to run up to his father and grab onto his leg.

He finally found people he knew. Rather then running around chasing some invisible trail that he could never get past.

The man had been strolling around the city. Calm. Silent. Almost statue like only he was moving instead of staying still. He had actually come to be more comfortable like this. In his natural body. His cyborg body. The body that matched the monster and killer that he really was. His katana was on his back safely locked in place unless he took it and used it to cut someone down but these were innocent civilians he wouldn't hurt them. Anything that threatened the usual hum of activity in a negative way however would find themselves on the sharp end of it and possibly in pieces before they could get to do anything in return.

He spotted her before she landed in front of him and the first thing he did was look at her. His eyes scanning her over as he did so, there were changes, quite notable ones as well and he frowned. He liked her the way she was before. Yet he wouldn't say anything about it. If this was what happened to people when they ascended, an almost complete change? Then he was glad he didn't bother trying to reach the same heights because if anything, Jack the Ripper might just pay a visit more often than it should.

"I have a surprise for you. It is back in my realm. Yes...I have become the Goddess of War." Well that was easy to see just by looking at her really. She didn't need to say anything else but she did.

"I talked with Opimi and because of the interactions I have with someone else, I was able to skip the trial. But that is not the surprise I have waiting for you within my realm. I have the feeling that you will enjoy this surprise, and I know the other will as well." A surprise. His upper lip was a straight line and he blinked at her. Body language already saying that he didn't like surprises. Usually they were horrendous and ended with him having to fight something or someone. Not that he minded too much, it allowed him to blow off some steam usually but it was still a pain to do it. Arms circled him and he was warped away to this new place. The first thing he noticed was the purple... The pink... There was so much of it.

"Huh... Interesting place..." That was all that left the man as he glanced around the immediate area.

"Welcome to my realm. Labrum, Realm of War." He nodded.

"You two are welcome to stay here as long and as much as you wish." Two? Who was she talking about? He was confused. A scowl played across his features for a moment until he heard the pitter patter of foot steps coming in his direction from behind. From the foot falls they were short. Light weight and... John?! He'd turned around while he was assessing the foot falls and he saw the little boy before he heard him. Eyes widening as he stood there frozen.

"Daddy! Fairy!" And when the boy grabbed hold of his leg he just... Stared in silence. Why was John here? Why wasn't the boy at home with Rose? Who in their right MIND would bring his little boy in to this?! Whoever did was going to pay. With their life.

"This is my home as much as it is your home." His gaze never moved away from John and slowly he crouched down, hands moving beneath the boys arms to lift him up and carry him. He was gentle though, Raiden at least knew how to control his own strength.

"It is safe here and there are other people living here as well, so you will never be on your own." He nodded though he kept hold of John and the feelings almost overloaded his circuits. There was a mix. Pain. Anger. Joy. Sorrow. Love for his son. Shock. The panic of a father. Protectiveness. All mashed up together to a point where they all cancelled one another out and the emotions didn't show on the exterior. Instead a stoic expression played on his features. The only thing that showed the emotions that he had right now were his eyes and his body language. That was it. His facial expression barely changed all that much.

"And Raiden...Even if the trial was skipped, I still wish to make you a champion of mine, I still want you to be close by to me. That will never change. And I brought your little one here to give him a safe place to be. And so you two could be reunited. I hope that this is a good sort of...Homecoming for the two of you." Raiden stopped for a moment trying to think of the correct words to use. He honestly couldn't think of any really. His mind was blank but only because it was working overtime. He was a soldier. A monster. A killer. He wasn't lovable, he certainly wasn't joyful and above all else he found it difficult to show his emotions properly.

"Thanks Isis..." He murmured the words as he eyed John and then he slowly set the boy down crouching down in front of him.

"Where's your mom? How come she isn't with you?" The tone was calm yet concerned, John came first right now. Isis and this new world could wait. At least that was the order in which things came right now. His son came first rather than anything else. His eyes scanned the little boy before him and he took in the way the boy looked. Blood? A jolt of panic suddenly ran throughout the white haired man.

His first instinct was to check if John was wounded so he actually grabbed hold of the boy and did just that, checking him over for any cuts and bruises, any deep wounds though the blood wasn't fresh it was definitely there right in front of his face.

"John... Who's blood is that? I don't see any wounds..." The tone was still calm yes but there was an underlying tone of panic as he spoke and he stared rather intensely at the young boy.

"Tell me everything that's happened okay?" This time his voice was much gentler, the concern was evident within it and he actually knelt down instead of crouching pulling the little boy in to a hug. He already had a bad feeling. Already was frowning and he was already worrying. Had things gone wrong at home? Was the world falling apart back there? What about Rose? Was she all right? She was probably panicking right now if John was missing. Sunny. What about her? What about George and Kevin and Doc and everyone else? He'd already run in to Snake so he knew he was just fine. Maybe seemed a little shaken from the weird things that were going on but still he was perfectly okay physically, hell he'd even become younger than he had been the last time Raiden saw him.

There was one huge question in Raidens mind though.

Why can't we ever have nice things?

Being left in a sparkly realm he didn't know was a bit weird. It didn't exactly bug Little John, he wanted to see his father. With his mother gone Raiden was all he had left. Unless by some odd chance he had lost him too. He shivered before clutching the sword tight to his chest again. No. He couldn't think that way. Not when a lady he didn't know knew who he was. It couldn't be his mother's doing she had died days ago. So there was only one person it could be. Sitting there with his knees against his chest, the images from his mother's death played like a movie.

Black and white images with no sound, but he could remember the few words she had managed to say. Blinding light, the sound of breaking metal cut through the images in his head. John held back a scared cry glancing up at the direction she disappeared again. The fairy had brought his father back, so he was right. She had known who his father was, and that was his reason for being brought here. The pretty colors, and sparkly situations were long forgotten as he latched onto his father's leg. John covered up the whimper that threatened to escape from his throat. He hadn't even noticed how his father froze at the sight of him.

After the accident he only wished to cling to the last living family member he knew he had. His father wouldn't disappear again right? The young child had way too much hope for this kind of things. Not like he even knew why he had been here either, it confused the small boy. Trying to read that information board wasn't so easy because of his short height. Only learning this was something about the Gods, and he couldn't get some of the rest. Maybe he could ask the Fairy lady later. He glanced up at his father's arms the small form trembling when Raiden's strong arms picked him up off the ground. Pushing his face against his father's body he couldn't stop shivering.

John refused to look up, not noticing the stoic almost unchanging look on his father's face. It didn't matter to him right now. All he could think of was how he managed to get here. Then find his father and a Fairy. The boy only muttered something into his father's shoulder his eyes peeking over it just barely at Isis. What was this lady to his father? When did he meet her? Did he know what had happened to his mother? John wanted to believe nothing had happened, and she might actually be here. The boy tilted his head looking up at his father.

"Momma is..." He stopped talking looking down at the ground. How could he say it? Even now John didn't know what to do. Explaining it had never been his strong point of course. That was more his mother's thing. The boy lifted his arms letting his father search for wounds that wouldn't appear. John had nothing, no bruises. No cuts and nothing enough to leave blood like that. "Momma's." Only one word and the boy whimpered focusing back on the ground again. John hadn't wanted to think about this but he knew it would come up.

John could only nod avoiding his father's eyes. Trying to speak he stumbled over his words at first. "M..Momma was driving me to the store this car hit us, and she was bleeding. She didn't wake up and this weird light appeared, like the angels were taking Mommy away. But they grabbed me instead. Am I in trouble?" John looked up at his father now tears waiting just on the edge to spill over. But no he hadn't cried at all even when he had been forced to think over his mother dying again. John now looked from the Fairy to his father and back again.

"Who is the Fairy lady Daddy?" He had to ask, he couldn't just not do that when she was right there watching them.

There was a lot that was in the air right now, perhaps this would have been a thing left to just the two of them. Perhaps the third wheel in the form of herself was something that wasn't needed. And it caused her to frown a bit. She could have just left the two of them here and went back to doing things within her realm. But at the same time she didn't want to just...abandon them here in her realm. That wouldn't be kind at all. Besides, she wanted to be here, she wanted to be around the two of them while they got back together. Or rather when they were reunited. At least she did that right, and that was something that was making her somewhat happy, though she wasn't showing it on the surface. Because she didn't want to do that yet. As she had a feeling that something bad was about to come.

And the longer the two interacted in front of her the more and more that feeling was starting to bubble up inside of her mind. And she didn't like that fact, but she didn't know what it could be or why things were doing this now. But it might have been something to do with the fact that the family was here, expect for the mother. The woman that Raiden had told her about. Perhaps that is why she was feeling a little out of place right now. She shouldn't be the one here, it should have been the mother, and that would have been the best way for all of this to go down. After all, she wasn't the boy's mother and really, no matter how hard she tried with it, she wasn't too much to Raiden yet. Though she probably wouldn't give up on that too easily because that was just how she was.

Though when all of the words from both of the others hit the air, there was a knot in her through. "This boys mother. She has died. That is something that I do not wish to think about, it is too cruel for one this young. But at least he still has his father. That is something to look to. Though...Does this make me a terrible person? For having tried to get close to Raiden like I have? But...Now the young one does not have a mother, no female figure in his life. Hmm. I would be willing to help Raiden with him, even if I am not together with Raiden. No child should be without some form of a mother. I know how painful that can be first hand...But what can I do...?"

That was then that the term that John was using to talk about her came to her full attention. This caused her to til her head for a moment as she went over and knelt down in front of Jon and smiled at him very softly as he then hugged him and then pulled back to talk with him a bit. "I am not a fairy. I am an angel. From another world than you are from. And no, you are not in any trouble that I know of. I am not sure why you have been brought here. Perhaps it was to be brought back to your father. If that is the case, you two are welcome to stay here. I will do what I can to keep you safe." This was going to be a bit more tricky than she thought. She knew that the boy's mother was gone and there was little that she could do to help ease that pain.

Then she looked up to Raiden and then back down. She knew that the male was usually silent, she knew that this news was probably going to get to him and it would probably make things harder for her to try and get close to him. But that was that. Perhaps it was something that would never work out in the end, or perhaps with enough work she would be able to do it. Either way, she would stick around these two to keep them safe. She didn't wish to see the young boy to be without either parent. That would be too harsh, too cruel. And she did not want anyone else to go through that if she could help it. so even if it meant getting herself into trouble and danger to keep Raiden safe, then so be it. She would do just that. Just because she wanted to keep him safe for John's sake.

Taking in a deep breath the woman turned to look at Raiden once more. "No child should be without both parents. In that light I will do anything in my power to keep you safe. I will not allow him to go through his life without his parents like I had to do. It was painful and full of sorrow. Even if it costs me a good deal of pain, so be it. So long as you and he can be together. That is the most important thing. So...While you protect your child, I will protect you. I promise this to you both..." Well that seemed like it might go over well. Or knowing Raiden all she would get is a grunt or a stoic look, or if she was lucky a nod or a sentence. But she was used to the silence that commonly came from him. That didn't change a damn thing to her though.

After that little talk she walked a few steps forward and looks at the realm that she made. She made it like this for a few reasons. And those reasons? Well... "...I made this world like this for you. The technology will be more than enough to keep you in healthy order. I also made it safe and fun to explore for the sake of your child, in case we found him. And thus...Why I brought him here first, and then came to find you. These were the surprises...To show you the world I made...for you and to show you that your little one was here and safe. ...I am sorry about his mother. If there would have been something I could have done for her...I would have. But...I could not."

There was a frown on her face now as she shook her head. There wasn't much else she could say or do, she brought them here to keep them safe, she brought them here to try and make them happy by bringing them back together, but the news that was given at the start was rather hard to get past. At least for her it was. Now she would just let the father and son be together, she did not want to ruin their reunion by hanging around, and thus she took a few more steps away from them to let the talk among themselves as she simply stands and watches over her realm. Yes, she might be a goddess, but that didn't make her all powerful, nor anything special. She was still just her...And she still had the desires from before. It would be interesting to see how it plays out.

"Momma is..." The little boy stopped and Raiden already had a feeling that things were much worse than they seemed. Blue eyes scanned John for anything that could give it away properly. The way the boy stumbled over his words, the way he seemed ... Upset... There were only a few things that could cause something like that. He didn't want to tell Raiden about what happened obviously but Raiden needed to know so that he could make a decision. A decision on what to do with John.

"Momma's." The mans eyes softened slightly. The usual cold hardness of them vanishing if only for these few moments. Kindness could be seen in them and his metal jaw locked up slightly. He didn't say a word. He just waited.

"M..Momma was driving me to the store this car hit us, and she was bleeding." Raiden closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He already knew what was coming next.

"She didn't wake up and this weird light appeared, like the angels were taking Mommy away." Raiden had to look down at this point. He wasn't an emotional person but right now. Hearing that Rose was dead and that John had been on his own since her death a single tear leaked down his face and dripped off his chin.

"But they grabbed me instead. Am I in trouble?" Raiden at this point knelt down and pulled John in to a hug. To be honest, Raiden was just glad the boy was okay. That he was unharmed.

"You're not in trouble little John." The words that left his mouth as he hugged the boy.

"Who is the Fairy lady Daddy?"

"I am not a fairy. I am an angel. From another world than you are from. And no, you are not in any trouble that I know of. I am not sure why you have been brought here. Perhaps it was to be brought back to your father. If that is the case, you two are welcome to stay here. I will do what I can to keep you safe."

"Thanks Isis... John her name is Isis, she's a Goddess, she's a nice lady and she's my friend, it's okay to trust her." Raiden stated as he slowly let go of John, stood up and patted the boy on the head keeping him close. Raiden was a soldier. He'd seen friends die on the battlefield, he'd seen people he knew die in front of his face from a young age. So oddly despite the pain of knowing Rose was dead, he only shed one tear and... Moved on... It wasn't that he didn't care, no no, he cared, a lot but it just made him toughen up even more than he had already. He couldn't afford to break down right now so he just stayed as silent as always.

"No child should be without both parents. In that light I will do anything in my power to keep you safe." Raidens eyes moved to Isis.

"I will not allow him to go through his life without his parents like I had to do. It was painful and full of sorrow. Even if it costs me a good deal of pain, so be it. So long as you and he can be together. That is the most important thing." Now the white haired man arched a brow.

"So...While you protect your child, I will protect you. I promise this to you both..." Cold eyes focused on Isis.

"I can protect myself just fine. Just try and keep an eye on Little John, that's all I need. Nothing more. Nothing less." He stated, it was probably obvious even with the fact that his body was that of a cyborg that he was tense. Too. Tense. A scowl had now replaced his usual stoic look. So now he looked angry instead of hurt, but he was hurt, even if Rose was a pain, even if she'd caused him a lot of pain, he still loved her. It why he'd always run away from her and focused on fighting rather than staying around because, he was afraid, oh so afraid that he might hurt her as well.

She took steps away and Raiden picked John up again and followed.

"...I made this world like this for you. The technology will be more than enough to keep you in healthy order." Raidens eyebrows arched upwards. Confused. She kept trying to help him. She kept trying so hard.

"I also made it safe and fun to explore for the sake of your child, in case we found him. And thus...Why I brought him here first, and then came to find you." He blinked. She thought ahead and even had a heart now despite being given so much power. Usually power corrupted. He already learned that a few times, especially in the case of Senator Armstrong.

"These were the surprises...To show you the world I made...for you and to show you that your little one was here and safe." He nodded eyes flicking to John for a moment.

"...I am sorry about his mother. If there would have been something I could have done for her...I would have. But...I could not." He switched off and ignored the rest after he heard the first sentence of that. He didn't need nor did he want to hear it. The apologies and such weren't going to fix anything. They never would. All that they could do was move forwards and try to work past the pain. That was how things were and on another note they had a war to deal with. Thus they didn't have time to be crying and grieving over the dead. They needed to get on with things, there'd be plenty of time to get upset and cry later.

"I think he could do with a bath, maybe some new clothes. How's that sound John?" He asked before he gave the little boy a light squeeze and set him down, holding the boys hand Raiden sighed.

"Tell you what John, you go get cleaned up, and then we'll see if we can find something to do together. How does that sound?" Raiden forced a smile. If John was anything like him, the boy wouldn't want to think about the pain that came with Roses death so maybe finding something fun to do would help ease and soothe the pain.

"I'm proud of you John. You've been really brave." The words came from him and they were genuine, sincere, he even gave the boy a smile (Well as good a smile as he could when he wasn't in his civvie body) and a gentle squeeze of the hand. Slowly he let go and his eyes now moved back to Isis. Almost as if questioning where John could go to take a bath. It was odd really. Raiden never considered the fact he might actually be a good father. If anything he always thought he'd be a bad influence but apparently he wasn't. Or at least thus far he hadn't been, then again there was plenty of time that could end with him screwing things up. He wouldn't know until it actually happened and then he'd regret whatever it was that he'd done.

Little John tried to make sense of this. Things had gone from weird to confusing in a matter of seconds. First the fairy wasn't a fairy but a Goddess...? So weird, but the smaller male thought it was also awesome. Why didn't his father bring him with the first time? Maybe he couldn't. Was the boy's mother to blame? John had no idea she barely told him anything. Standing with Raiden and Isis his eyes flicked between the two. Did she know anything about him? How much had father talked about, mostly how she managed to pick out the child so quickly might have been a concern. But John had become too excited by seeing his father to think on that much. He almost felt as if they had a small family here.

Something anyway. Not that it probably mattered in the long run? Who could blame the smaller male for wanting something to last. His father's relations with his mother had been cut short. In more ways then one, and he had been raised with someone else. A person he didn't feel he could relate to. Did it matter though? One couldn't be too sure. Anyway those thoughts were quickly shoved away. Did she have any idea of his mother's fate? Where she had ended up? Did anyone go to her funeral? Did they ask about him? So many questions a child would never ask. And Much less should even learn. "Thank you Angel! They probably...did what Mommy wanted." Had she wanted him to be with his father?

John didn't know. But his mother wasn't a mean person exactly she just had her own needs. And Raiden had his owns things that John was too young to understand. If he asked he would probably be told that by someone. His mother did she wish for him to arrive here? To arrive safe with his father, and not feel alone anymore. That would make him smile and try to cheer up if that was the case. John blinked at her, would this lady be his mommy too? Someone sent by his mother to help him and Raiden. Could it be? That brought images of them sitting on a big bed, and reading stories. Or playing out at the beach together.

Such a childish imagination, it was full of treasure hunts, pirates. And various things he couldn't do with his father before. So he wasn't in trouble? Both of them had said that and it made him feel a bit better. At least. "I..Isis? Okay Daddy. You trust her so I will!" He laughed a cute little laugh, and just looked between the two of them again. How had she found his daddy? Or was it not his business. His father was worried about him? More then himself. John wanted to say something, wanted to speak up but this was an adult conversation wasn't it? "A bath with bubbles!? Daddy will stay with me though...? Isis too?" John refused to speak up that he was scared.

If he went in there would they vanish when he got out of the bath. Not something he wanted to have happen so he would keep them as close as he could. John might even skip out on sleeping or not sleep alone to keep an eye on them. "Okay Daddy!" Playing a game like they could before? Or he had wanted to before anyway. His father was important just as his mother was. Nothing could change that even if she had died. The boy smiled and gave a small nod. He would learn more from his father. Become stronger but still a child in all of that.

It wouldn't do good for a child to fight a war. Not that Raiden would even let Little John get involved. John wondered where the bath was, and just how big it might be with how this place was made. Could he swim in it? Wash away all the past memories he had of his mother's fall and then being dragged here.

Well this was all getting to be a little too tough for her at the moment. It seemed that for every step forward she would take in getting closer to Raiden, something else would spring up to cause it to be even more difficult. However, she wouldn't let that get to her. She would continue to do what she could to make sure that she could get close to him. And she didn't want to let the little one be without a mother. Even if she really wasn't his mother, nor would she be called that, at least that's what she thought with how hard this all was, she would still take care of John the best she could. Though it was going to be a little hard for her to take care of a little one, cause she had never really tried to do something like this. But then again this was a whole bunch of new for her.

It was easy to see that the news that had been said wasn't sitting too well with Raiden, and she could understand that. It was as if things played out this way for whatever reason. Perhaps if he had remained there in his world when the Wind Goddess sent him back then...Perhaps this wouldn't have happened? But that isn't something that can be known now. These things did happen, the little boy was here, and now it was up to them to try and take care of him. And while he can stay in her realm, it might get boring for him if the two of them left him on his own here too much. But that was thinking a little bit too far ahead. After all, she had to get them both to trust her and to want to be close to her. She would like nothing more than to have a family like this, but it would be hard. It would have to be something that was worked for. Not given to her.

Though she was listening to everything that was being said, she couldn't help but tilt her head a bit when the bath thing was brought up. Of course there was a bath in her home in the realm, which would be the castle type thing in the distance. This caused her to giggle softly and then she went over and leaned down in front of John. "Yes, you can have a bath with all the bubbles you want. There's a nice big bath in my home that you can use if you would like. And if you want company I suppose I could stay with you to make sure you do not get lonely. It is big enough that you can swim in with you want. So you should have plenty of fun while taking your bath, John." And then she gave the little guy a smile. It was then that she looked over to Raiden and then closed her eyes for a brief moment. The next thing that she was going to say was meant for him and him alone, but she didn't mind if John heard.

In that light, she then gently picked the boy up and smiled at him a bit, before looking back to Raiden and taking a breath. "I know that the news is painful, I know that it is difficult. And in that light...I want you to know that I will wait. I will wait for as long as I must for you to be able to come to terms with it all, I will wait for years if I must. Because to me...In my eyes...In my heart, I know that you are worth that wait. So take all the time that you need. I will not be going anywhere. I promise you that, Raiden. On my own heart...I will not be leaving you nor John behind." She then brought her fingers up to her lips to kiss then and then she touched Raiden's cheek with the same fingers and then she started to walk toward her home with John in her arms as she looks at the young man.

In the end, the woman could have been flying to the place she used as her home here, but that wouldn't do at all. She wanted John to see all of the things that her realm had to offer, because she wouldn't really want the little boy to get involved in this fight, it was wrong. So very very wrong to draw a boy so young as this into a battle like this. So if she could make it possible she would keep him here in this realm, keep him here and safe so that Raiden didn't have to worry about it all. And as they were walking she would look at John from time to time and smile at him a bit, she even started to hum in a rather gentle tone. She had no idea what she was doing, but she was just doing what came to her mind first. Of course, it was best to learn at some point by doing and practicing rather than crashing headfirst into the wall of motherhood.

While walking she would point out a few different things, as well as the humming. "As you can see, little one, there will be plenty of things for you to do here. There are plenty of places to get food, plenty of places to explore and have a good time with. Game stores...Music stores...I tried my very best to make this a place that people could live and enjoy their time here. To forget about things for a little bit. I just hope that you and your father can find this place to be home. After all, I made it for the two of you more than for myself. To give you a place to be safe so he would not have to worry about if you are alright." And with that she got to the doors of the place that she lived in, the doors of the castle like place and then she opened them and walked in, going right to the room where the bath was to show it to the young man. It was then, and only then that she carefully set him down and let him look around. She would wait for him to tell her if he wanted her to stay or to go. Of course, she was hoping that Raiden had followed them, but if not? She would go and find him after the bath.

"Thank you Angel! They probably...did what Mommy wanted." A frown crossed Raidens features. This wasn't fair on John. At all. It just wasn't. There really were no words to express how unfair life was to this little boy.

"I..Isis? Okay Daddy. You trust her so I will!" A light smile though with an undertone of sorrow as he heard John laugh. Just what state had Rosemary been in when that happened? The blood gave a good indication as to what but it was difficult to think about. Painful. If it was painful for Raiden then... He couldn't even begin to imagine Johns pain.

"A bath with bubbles!? Daddy will stay with me though...? Isis too?" Well Raidens body could go through water and not end up rusty. He knew that much at least so maybe he could just sit near and have a water fight? A bath wouldn't really do much for him after all, being mostly cyborg.

Then it happened.

"Yes, you can have a bath with all the bubbles you want." She was getting a little close to John there. Invading his personal space.

"There's a nice big bath in my home that you can use if you would like. And if you want company I suppose I could stay with you to make sure you do not get lonely." A grunt came from Raiden at that. It wasn't something he agreed with. Hopefully if she did decide to sit in the bathroom with John while he took a bath, she'd just sit at the side and not get in with him.

"It is big enough that you can swim in with you want. So you should have plenty of fun while taking your bath, John." Then she just, picked John up. Did she suddenly think she was his mother? The anger started to well up slightly but no, he wouldn't get angry, not while John was here. It wasn't fair on John at all.

"I know that the news is painful, I know that it is difficult." No she really didn't otherwise she would've just left it well enough alone and backed off.

"And in that light...I want you to know that I will wait. I will wait for as long as I must for you to be able to come to terms with it all, I will wait for years if I must." Trying too hard to get close again.

"Because to me...In my eyes...In my heart, I know that you are worth that wait." No. He really wasn't. What was it with women like her and Rosemary? Did they not understand the fact that he wasn't a nice guy? He tried and failed with Rose this wasn't going to be any different.

"So take all the time that you need. I will not be going anywhere. I promise you that, Raiden. On my own heart...I will not be leaving you nor John behind." He actually ground his teeth a little against the lower metal jaw. She didn't understand him at all. Then again Rosemary only understood him a little bit because she was his psychiatrist. With Isis' next actions he even took a step back out of arms reach so that she couldn't touch him. The walls were going up, he was shutting her out.

Then she set off walking. Sure she probably could've just flown the whole way but she was probably smart enough to at least know that in doing so, she'd start a fight with Raiden there and then for separating him from John.

What is she thinking? I don't understand why she's trying so damn hard and now she's mothering my son. Is she trying to impress me or something? She needs to learn that when someone learns the mother of their child just died that she can't start doing that. I knew it wouldn't work. He stood fast for a few moments eyes shifting to red if only for a split second before he followed in utter silence. He didn't even bother trying to get involved. If she wanted to try and replace Johns mother it wasn't going to be as simple as this, though Raiden wondered if she even realized if that was how it looked.

"As you can see, little one, there will be plenty of things for you to do here. There are plenty of places to get food, plenty of places to explore and have a good time with. He had nothing of worth to actually say right now and so he chose to keep his mouth shut.

"I just hope that you and your father can find this place to be home. After all, I made it for the two of you more than for myself. To give you a place to be safe so he would not have to worry about if you are all right."

"John might." That was the only answer he had for her. A whole two words and on top of that they seemed a little... Empty. Then he stopped following. Standing outside of the place arms folded, back to a wall, a scowl set on his face as he looked down.

"What is she playing at?... She's smart... She should know better than this..." A slight shake of the head more at the turn of events than anything. Yet somewhere. Somewhere within he almost felt as though Isis was attempting to win his son over and in turn him by trying to mother his son. If anything it was only pushing him away, especially at this particular moment in time. Right now, after learning what happened to Rosemary, made things extremely touchy. He also now began questioning if he could even trust her with John, but that was more than likely just paranoia and he dismissed it as such.

Letting out a heavy sigh he kept glaring at the floor. He needed to blow off some steam. Needed to calm his nerves before he ended up snapping at someone or perhaps even going further if he didn't keep a lock down on his anger. Emotions weren't something Raiden dealt with well, especially his own temper and sadness. So after a moment or two of calming himself he just replaced it with an almost stoic look, nothing to portray any anger or let anyone know just how he was feeling from looking at him. A poker face.

Little John didn't know what to say, he liked having a lady be nice to him. Even if she was a stranger but Daddy seemed to now her. He had an idea that she was probably someone he met while here. But other then that John had no idea. Sighing lightly the boy only seemed to nod and look around. In that way a child with more curiosity then needed would. How had she managed to get a whole realm for herself? Or anyone she picked up along the way. Still he hadn't exactly recovered from losing his mother then wandering around alone for days. Longer even? The child had lost track of time while he had been searching for a safe place. "Yay! Really big baths are fun...Can't wait to see it! but I'm not lonely anymore Daddy is here too." John looked over at his father, feeling as if something just wasn't right.

The child didn't know his father very well but the feeling the air. Just the tension and maybe anger radiating off Raiden in waves. Did the Goddess do something? John didn't mean to upset his father. It couldn't be the lady right? He wanted to ask but he refused to right now. John flinched at the mention of his mother again. Why did he want to listen to this? He tried to block it out and focus on other things, the bubbles. Taking a bath and getting to sleep in fluffy pajamas or something next to his father. John could only look ahead of him as she spoke, did she understand? Did she know how this felt for his father. John wanted to cry and be happy. He lost his mother but lost his father, one of those win lose situations.

John looked from his father to the woman holding him. Maybe he could walk between them. He wanted to make his father relax too, even if he barely knew how to do it. John had barely been around his real dad. Just that man that apparently was supposed to be called his father. She kissed Raiden? It took him a moment to register that and even then all Little John could do was blink and giggle. Her way of kissing him was weird. Using fingers? Why did the girl do that. John found himself in a foreign world already quite confused but no longer alone now. He didn't ask to be brought here but it gave him the chance to spend time with his father.

"Thank you...it's going to be safe here." John could only nod and keep glancing over her shoulder at his father. He seemed really bothered by something. John reached out with his little hand towards Raiden. Not wanting to get too separated from him and he also could tell his father wasn't happy. John's body wiggled in her arms but he stopped and looked up at her. "Can you put me down for a minute...then I'll go take my bath." John didn't want to be mean, he wouldn't jump out of her arms. The boy wanted to take hold of his Daddy's hand. Check on his father before he wandered off.

Why did his father look that way? Who had done something.
