Cirno is fairly relaxed, not much bothers him, though he does get bored easily and he also gets just as awkward.
Generally speaking Cirno is noncompetitive. He doesn't tend to venture off too much on his own unless he's going for a drink or messing around with things he shouldn't be on the spur of the moment. If he truly needed to go adventuring to help those around him, he would in a heart beat but who needs a guy who's best thing is the fact he's a walking buff?
He has level emotions and he's not bothered by disorder. It's rare for him to display any kind of anger and he dislikes doing so as it can actually be rather scary. If he's bullied, he backs down because it's easier.
He isn't really concerned with prestige/impressiveness and he's not detail oriented he's not manipulative and he's extremely patient you could throw things at him and even though it may hurt? He won't snap at you. The only time he'll do that is if you hurt his sister, family or another innocent by stander.
He's independent, not self absorbed and he's modest he doesn't give himself enough credit for the things he does well seeing them as something he should simply be able to do. Even when he's had a bad day he's still rather pleasant to be around because he's not guided by his moods, he's not easily frustrated unless you poke at intimacy, not prone to jealousy he's also very forgiving. Some may think he's far too nice for his own good.
Cirno is a person who is easy to satisfy and he doesn't judge people based on what others say. However he's not open about his own feelings and this means he tends to bottle them up. He's also a person who's always willing to try new things at least once this also stands true in regards to relationships.

Weaknesses: • Dark - Normal/Minor dark damage to a target a single ball of darkness hits the target. +5% damage.
• Darkra - Moderate/Medium dark damage to all targets a single ball of darkness hits each of the targets. +10% damage.
• Darkga - High/Heavy dark damage to all targets a torrent of darkness converges on the targets. +15% damage.
• Stygian - Very High dark damage to a single target. Many orbs of darkness converge on the target encasing them before blasting them back and forth. +20% damage.
• Aphotic - Very High dark damage to all enemies/targets. Many orbs of darkness converge on the targets encasing them before blasting them back and forth. +25% damage.
• Obfuscous - Very Very High dark damage to all enemies/targets, the entire field turns dark, enemies cannot see infront of them and then many shadow shaped monsters come out of nowhere beating the enemy around. This has a 1 post charge up and can be interrupted. +25% damage.
• Aero - Normal/Minor wind damage to a target sends bladed gusts of wind at a target. +5% damage.
• Aerora - Moderate/Medium wind damage to all targets/enemies torrents of wind converges on the targets. +10% damage.
• Aeroga - High/Heavy wind damage to all targets/enemies huge tornado of wind around the targets converging on them. +15% damage.
• Gale - Very High wind damage to a single target. Wind envelopes the target and is so violent that it tears up chunks of whatever the target is stood upon bashing them with the things torn from beneath. +20% damage.
• Cyclone - Very High wind damage to all enemies/targets, wind envelopes the targets and is so violent that it tears up chunks of whatever the targets are stood upon bashing them with the things torn from beneath. +25% damage.
• Chinook - Very Very High wind damage to all enemies/targets, wind tears through the battle field and flicks all enemies in to the air, they fall only to be knocked up a second time and then hit the ground with tremendous force. This has a 1 post charge up and can be interrupted. +25% damage.
• Blizzard - Normal/Minor ice damage to a target sends shards of ice at a target. +5% damage.
• Blizzara - Moderate/Medium ice damage to all targets/enemies sends shards of ice at the targets. +10% damage.
• Blizzaga - High/Heavy ice damage to all targets/enemies, ice shards jut up out of the ground below the enemy. +15% damage.
• Frost - Very High ice damage to a single target. Jagged chunks of ice suddenly spew out of the ground beneath a target. +20% damage.
• Snowstorm - Very High ice damage to all enemies/targets, causes a blizzard of ice and snow that spiral around the enemies. +25% damage.
• Icestorm - Very Very High ice damage to all enemies/targets, causes a blizzard of ice and snow that spiral around the enemies. This has a 1 post charge up and can be interrupted. +25% damage.
Abilities: • (Passive) Auto-Haste - Allows a single target to use two skills/spells and/or move one extra square in the BG in a single turn.
• (Passive) Auto-Float - All targets in range are unaffected by Earth elemental attacks and can walk over traps without triggering them.
• (Passive) Auto-Party-Protect - Lowers physical damage taken by a single target for three turns/posts. Cuts damage by a quarter. Whole party.
• Gravity Crush - Normal/Minor space damage to a target. (20% current hp stolen and given to the caster only works against those weak against space)
• Gravity Crush 2 - Moderate/Medium space damage to all targets. (20% current hp stolen and given to the caster only works against those weak against space)
• Gravity Crush 3 - High/Heavy space damage to all targets. (20% current hp stolen and given to the caster only works against those weak against space)
• Amplitude - Initially once activated this will boost the entire partys HP by 10%. This must be active for at least two posts. It cannot be deactivated however it can be dispelled (at any point) by casting ANY spell that removes a negative status effect.
After 2 posts of Amplitude being active, physical attacks become 25% stronger for all party members.
After 4 posts of Amplitude being active, magical attacks become 25% stronger for all party members
Amplitude can be active for a total of 6 posts/turns, it will then automatically be removed. However, it cannot be used again for a further TEN posts/turns and can only be used twice in any one thread.
• Hide - Ability to hide ONE ally for two turns. This cloaks them and they can heal if they need too however once they attack they will be revealed to the enemy. Cool down of 4 posts. Can be used four times in one thread.
• Saber - Guaranteed x3 combo for a single ally, 3 post duration. 4 post cool down.
• Sabera - Guaranteed x4 combo for a single ally, 3 post duration. 5 post cool down.
• Saberaga - Guaranteed x5 combo for a single ally, 3 post duration. 6 post cool down.
• Erase - Removes all beneficial status effects from a single enemy. Can be used twice per battle. 4 post cool down.
• Element Change - Allows the caster to change the elemental weakness of any one enemy. Can be used once per enemy, 2 post cooldown.
• Air Raid - Cirno will fire off multiple feathers. These will then home in on a target. They can be deflected but there's many of them, if all hit then it'll deal high damage, if half hit then it'll deal mid damage and if anything under 25% of them hit it'll cause low damage. To get high/heavy damage roll a 6 or 5. To get mid/mod damage roll a 4 or 3. To get low damage roll a 1 or 2.
• Steal - Has a 50% chance of stealing items from monsters. Two post cool down.
• Final Attack - Has a 50% chance of dealing a high damage attack to his attacker upon KO.
• Gravity - Deals a quarter of the enemies remaining life, Space type damage.
• Infinity Smash - Vanishes from the spot re-appearing way above a single target and then he not only peppers them with razor sharp feathers from above but smashes down on to the top of the enemy causing very high damage. Low damage recoil even if it fails. 6 post cool down between uses. Can be used twice in any one battle. +25% damage to those weak against space.
• Infinity Rush - Like the Infinity Smash Cirno vanishes however he lines himself up to the side of the battle field where the MOST enemies are and then? He charges through them all causing mid level damage and having a 50% chance of stunning the enemies for two turns. Can be used once per battle. +25% damage to those weak against space.
• Gravitas - Normal/Minor Space damage to a target, bounces the target off the ground a couple of times.
• Jūryoku - Moderate/Medium Space damage to all targets, bounces all targets off the ground a couple of times then off each other.
• Graviga - High/Heavy Space damage to all targets, blasts the enemies with a series of compressed gravity balls.
• Cosmoslam - Very High space damage to a single enemy, a giant whip of energy smacks the enemy around.
• Galactic Bomb - Very High space damage to all targets/enemies, starts as a small compressed ball of space and then rapidly expands outwards blasting all enemies it touches.
• Shooting Star - Very Very High space damage to all enemies/targets, a rapid succession of small meteors fall across the area smashing against all enemies. This has a 1 post charge up and can be interrupted.
• Planetoid Slam - 25% Max HP damage to all enemies. Takes one turn to charge. Deals double damage to those weak against space.
Weapons: Can be used as both a fire arm for long range and a scythe for closer range.

Cirno was born to Lin and Crom Hyperion. Though he's unaware of the events that took place after his birth. He was only four months old when his father was going to drain his life essence. He's unaware that his mother saved him from that and the rest of the family has left him in the dark about it. So that he could grow up and perhaps maybe have a decent relationship with his father. Sadly this wasn't to be.
Instead his father eventually left the home taking Cirnos mother with him. They left no warning, instead Cirno found a note. All that it said was that they'd gone away to look for fame and fortune. Now Cirno wasn't ever really fond of his father but that? That took the cake. It really did and now Cirnos feelings about his father have become negative.
He even dislikes his mother for leaving without so much as a goodbye.
With this pain and dislike he's still civil, since he doesn't want to make things worse than they already are.
With the upcoming events of Shinryu, Cirno is adamant that he wants to help now he just has to find a God to serve under.
