General Personality ►: Zack is an intelligent, kind-hearted young man who appreciates the beauty of nature and thrill of combat and is quite the charmer but claims to say he is not interested in dating, though some girls catch his eye. Most say he has a non-chalant and sarcastic attitude with a tone of voice to match that most girls find attractive, others find it annoying. When the time arises, Zack can be a very reliable and trustworthy friend and or teammate, but there are times when he falls into a state of depression sometimes minutes sometimes days where he doubts himself or when he feels that he will never find his brother, but when he gets his head straight he becomes an unstoppable force and nothing can tear him down, he reaches for the top and keeps on going. Sometimes he can seem laid back and it makes him appear to be a bit of a slacker, he also can be a bit of a hot head when he seems pressured, agitated, or annoyed, if he gets really into something he may forget about something or put his self in a rut and never accomplishes other tasks.

2. Injustice is something Zack will never stand for, he goes to great length to bring down crooks of all kind.

4. Zack despises cowards, he cannot tolerate those who hide and run from a battle, nothing is weaker than a person who won’t fight be their comrades side or have an excuse not to fight.
5. Guys who have no respect for woman, Zack will usually butt in if he finds a girl in danger.

History ►: Zack Hatoshi was born to a man named Anshi Hatoshi and his wife Rinada Nominura, his older brother Gaiken was 1 years old after Zack's birth. The family was full of great swordsmen, Kyo, Zack's grandfather was a master of the sword. His father and uncle Hojo took likings to the use of longswords His uncle Izuru used the twin blade style. Zack adopted this style as well as the use of longswords and combined them into his own style when he turned 7, but all was not well for the Hatoshi family. The Hatoshi family recently got into disagreements with the nations government, as the family played major roles in the nations political and military stand points. The leader of the government decided that the Hatoshi family be exiled, Hojo spoke against the action the leader looked to take. The leader found the action as a resistance.

The leader ordered that the entire family be exterminated. The 4 men all decided to fight back the attackers, but ultimately were slaughtered. Nights before the assault Anshi sent his two sons away to live in an unknown village. The two boys lived their for 8 years until Gaiken left the home Zack and himself lived in. People constantly tell Zack to forget about Gaiken, and that he is under the hands of the Nation's power and is dead.

1 year later, Zack now lives alone as his brother is still missing. Zack has vowed his life and swords to find his brother and bring him home. Zack will leap over any obstacle that stands in his way till his brother is returned.
