General Personality ►: Rhyn is extremely sensitive about the fact she has no wings, horns or tail any more. In most cases she won't actually tell anyone what she is until they figure it out themselves and ask her for the honest truth. She can usually understand things quickly and with great depth. Accordingly, she's usually quite flexible and adapts well to a wide range of tasks and situations. Despite the fact that she's mentally quick and intelligent often catching on to things before others she's unlikely to voice it or even point it out. Allowing people to make their own mistakes and learn from such. Oddly despite her demeanor Rhyn seems to be extremely submissive, often she's likely to back down from a fight if it starts and the only time she'll go on the attack is when those whom have been good to her are threatened or when she's given the ultimatum of life and death. Most of the time Rhyn can be seen as quiet when it comes to dealing with strangers but easy-going, often she doesn't really mind what's going on around her and conflict doesn't seem to bother her much save for if it's directed at her or those she trusts. Weaknesses ►: • Equipment She cannot equip a sword with a stave/rod/tome/staff, a bow with a stave/rod/tome/staff or a sword with a bow. • Poison Poisons a single target/enemy, the target loses a small amount of their health over 4 posts/turns. She takes 25% more damage from poison. • Slow Removes her auto-haste making her just as fast as the average person. • Erase Removes ALL her passive abilities! • Scan/Weak Will always without fail be successful and reveal her elemental weaknesses to her enemy. • Blizzard Normal/Minor ice damage to a target sends shards of ice at a target. +5% extra damage. • Blizzara Moderate/Medium ice damage to all targets/enemies sends shards of ice at the targets. +10% extra damage. • Blizzaga High/Heavy ice damage to all targets/enemies, ice shards jut up out of the ground below the enemy. +15% extra damage. • Frost Very High ice damage to a single target. Abilities ►: • Auto-Bravery (Passive) Increases a single targets physical damage by 25%. • Auto-Float (Passive) Target is unaffected by Earth elemental attacks and can walk over traps without triggering them. • Auto-Haste (Passive) Allows a single target to use an extra skill/spell in a single turn or move three spaces in a turn on the battle grid. • Hunter (Passive) Due to her Gria roots she gains +25% extra damage when using bows. • Geomancer (Passive) Due to her Gria roots she gains +25% extra magic damage when using a tome, rod, stave or staff. • Ravager (Passive) Due to her Gria roots she gains +25% extra damage when using swords. • Cure Heals minor/normal wounds/damage but can only target one person. • Regen Heals minor/normal wounds/damage for a single target over a period of time. (Usually about three turns/posts in battle) • Protect Lowers physical damage taken by a single target for three turns/posts. History ►: When Rhyn was born to her human mother she was considered to be an abomination. A mutation. Something that shouldn't exist. Her mother never let her forget that either. Her father a Gria was sent off in to battle and never came home and Rhyn doesn't remember him because she was far too young to do so. Her mother however saw Rhyn's father in her. The wings, the tail, the horns and the bright red hair were all traits of Rhyn's father. However, because of this Rhyn's mother took her anger out on the child because there would never be a day where she didn't look at Rhyn and think of Rhyn's father. The mother felt that she had to do something about it and so she took the opportunity when Rhyn was ten to rid the girl of her Gria extremities. First the horns were taken from her, sawed off and given to the highest bidder. Those horns got a lot of money and it meant the woman and the little girl could have a rather luxurious life. When Rhyn was eleven her tail was taken from her. The fact that it could be used as a nice thick yet not too heavy covering for armor made it extremely valuable and thus that also brought in a lot of cash. Sadly the girl wasn't thought about at all during this. Instead her mother simply told her to 'get over it' and 'move on' saying that she should be 'grateful' for the life she now had thanks to the money that her 'unneeded' body parts brought in for them. It wasn't until she was fifteen that her wings were finally cut from her. The pain was excruciating for her but her mother paid it no heed. Again the parts brought in a lot of money and not a single penny was used to help speed up the girls recovery. Instead the woman that the girl had called mother for so long used it to tend to her own needs. Selfishly ignoring the fact that her daughter, whom she now referred to by full name rather than the little nickname she used to have for her, was in dire need of medical attention. It wasn't until the girl slipped in to a coma that the woman realized the girl really did need help and she actually finally did something about it. Going out and getting the best doctor and healer that she could. They made Rhyn healthy again but the mother and daughter relationship had been strained so much that Rhyn no longer wanted to live with her mother any longer. She simply wanted to stay away from her. She also however wanted the remaining cash that had been made with HER body. There wasn't much left, at least that's what her mother told her. However she did give Rhyn quite a nice sum of money and Rhyn now at age sixteen left home to make her own life and live it the way she wanted too. She bought a home, she got a job but the job wasn't enough for her. It wasn't interesting enough and she quit it, with little options for a way to make money she decided on the one thing she might be good at. Treasure hunting. Dragons have an eye for shiny things and are rather hardy so she figured that was something she may very well be good at. She hopes that perhaps in years to come her wings might grow back, her tail and horns are something she's not too concerned about but she wishes to be able to fly, just to know what she was missing this whole time. On top of everything she's now been dragged to this new world and has been stuck here for the past year. Her attire shows this quite a bit since it most certainly isn't from her own world.
