Dean walked through the streets. His hand never far from his .45 always ready to use it should the need arise. The fact he was was apparently on some new world didn't surprise him, over the years he had seen so much something like this didn't seem strange. What did seem strange however was the inhabitants. Among the streets walked beings that at home he would have hunted down and killed. But these things walked unnoticed between the populace and even seemed to be peaceful and friendly.
Dean scanned the faces of all who walked passed him, fearing at any moment they would turn and attack him. This made him uneasy as he couldn't possibly watch every angle for a possible assailant. But the fact that no one else seemed to be threatened by them gave him a small amount of comfort.
The streets and stalls bustled with life and noise. Strange smells and sounds surrounded him. He decided that he best chance to learn just what was going on was to blend in and see what information he could gather. Dean approached a market stall and began to inspect the wares upon it. Many of the things were alien to him but there were also a many things that he recognized. Whiskey flasks, torches, weapons and other metal trinkets. Picking up an oddly fashioned knife he inspected it. It seemed to be much like any he had seen back home except the metal seemed to be lighter and when trying to bend it seemed much stronger too. Putting the knife down he was about to get the stall owners attention when a familiar smell struck his nose. Spinning he looked about for the origin of the scent and spied a small stall across from where he stood with a selection of food. Dean grinned and headed in its direction.
" Awesome....Pie " At least this was one thing that made him feel at home.
