General Personality ►: Eos is generally happy and outgoing at almost all times. At times easily excited, and eager to try, do or see things. She also tends to come across as a bit off, a bit of a ditz, or even incapable or of negative emotion.
Truth be told, while she does in effect love everyone, she can actually dislike people and feel things like sadness and all. She simply hides it under the smile. As she thinks if she stays happy others wont worry or the mood won't become sad or angry in the room or where shes at. Despite her acting like a ditz or that she has no clue, she is actually fairly intelligent. She just tends to not show it. As well as being a quick learner. However, being the eternal optimist and always trying to see the best in people, she can be rather gullible. But she has lashed out slightly when it does happen.
Even in a fight she generally keeps her up beat mood and all, though you see less of the clutzy or ditzy her. Though, if it really comes down to it, she will actually get serious about things.

History ►: Eos was born 23 years ago into a culture that even for her world was considered rather unusual. They were semi-isolated up in the mountains, but for generations had very gifted spell casters, sorcerers or otherwise. What was truth and what was myth was hard to discern, Other then that they had in fact used several languages, backwards, to encrypt all the magic they used. Which when they had dealings with others made it harder as trying to speak forwards had become difficult. Though all that is really besides the point.
She grew up in a family that was part of one of the Paladin orders that actually had some respect, but wasn't on the more extreme end of things. Eos like her siblings and cousins were raised to be a part of it, though Eos herself always seemed to be marching to her own drum. She saw where there was clear right in paladin thinking, but not in others and saw where even necromancy could be right. Though, while training, she did initially show to be far better with magic then a blade or shield. She actually of her own accord learned some elemental magic from others in the town, to augment the light magic she was learning, though not quite as quickly. She showed great skill with water, wind and lightning magic, and by the age of 13, had actually learned to combine the three in various other spells. Another unique trait of the culture, was the lack of surnames. So children were always son/daughter of one parent, and that parents title. So it was then she earned hers, the storm, for her combining and use of those three elements.
Though, it was also in this time that her cousin she was close to began to get agitated. She was struggling with light magic, and had looked into dark magic that she found she was better at, but found out and forbidden to practice. Though close as they were that made her even more jealous of Eos because in the family, she was the favorite, the one all the family thought would be the best, could do no wrong, maybe be part of a number of the prophecies in the culture. When this drove her cousin to run away, it distracted Eos for several months, and led to her trying to find her whenever she had the chance. She came close, but when she thought she had her, all she got was a note that read "I wish not to be found, to follow a different path. Stop following me, as I'm tired of following you. I will pass you, but I want to do it because I'm better, not because you've fallen behind." Eos at first didn't understand what exactly her cousin meant in the wording. Because she had never realized that her cousin was that jealous of her. It was after this she began learning to read subtlety's in actions and words.
But she resumed her training because she didn't want to disappoint her cousin and go against her wishes. If anything, it focused her more on actually training anf She improved her skills in physical combat greatly with her increased focus, balancing her out a bit better, though she found she disliked the metal armor, particularly because it interfered with her casting so she couldn't so so as well as she could. So she learned how other mage's with that problem created so called "mage armor" while at the same time learning from that teacher, who was just as eccentric as she was at times, how to make it she could summon weapons or even create clothing. It was also here where she learned the charm that she uses so that others can understand her, and she can understand what others say if it's a language she doesn't know.
Though, things took a bit of a turn around the age of 16. They had heard that seemingly at random undead were attacking villages and towns. Sure this had happened before, even in her life time. The strange part was the fact that they seemed to attack villages with paladins and similar forces trained specifically to take out undead. And there seemed to be no real goal despite being well organized. They came, caused chaos, and either left after a while or they slaughtered all or were defeated.
Then came the day they attacked her village. She like any other paladin went straight for the fight. However the shear numbers overwhelmed them as their were only a handful of paladin's to reinforce the handful of regular soldiers. The fighting eventually pushed into the village and became fight and then run to the next point. While fleeing back to the next stand off point they had set up, she fell, the sword she had in her hand flying from it. However, something else was where her hand was that in haste she mistook for her sword. She attempted to slash as she went to get up while shouting to them to back off, and the undead did as she said and stopped.
She looked at what she held, and it was a dark purple crystal that looked almost black. Though as she looked, it's glow faded. She looked at the undead and simply said leave, and they began shuffling out of the village. All that saw it were perplexed, and upon looking at the crystal, they were unsure as it appeared to have no magic qualities. what they didn't know was that all this was a mixture of planning and fate. A necromancer had wanted a protege.. but had a theory. That someone who had paladin training, and the knowledge and skills of necromancy, could transcend both and be a true force to reckon and conquer. The attacks were meant chaos fighting and chaos, but they left it to fate as to if someone found or could even make use of the crystal, and gain the knowledge it held. Her family suggested getting rid of it, however, it wold not stay gone.
It would take a day or two, but the crystal even when smashed, would always return. And slowly, the difference it made began showing. Her ability to use higher level light magic faded, and in spars she seemed as effected by low level spells she could still use like others, but higher levels of it seemed to hurt her more. She found herself once backed in a corner and unwittingly summoned an undead to help her. And when she went out of curiosity to a mage that knew some, was able to use black and dark magics. There were questions about her now that she was obviously able to do necromancy, however, her thinking and will never faltered, she still was the same person. She could just summon undead now.
But with the questions and all, she chose to go explore, and find people that could perhaps help her control her new abilities, but not try and turn her for their own purposes. It was during these travels she encountered her cousin, who had gone down the road of necromancy by choice. Though, they were opposites really still. Eos was better at using dark spells and summoning undead, her cousin was actually better now then her with light spells but not so much as dark and undead summoning. Though, her cousin did have a clear drive for power now. She wanted her own realm to rule, however, not wanting to see it slowly corrupt her as that was how it usually started, wanting one country and then another, she stood in her way. But watching her cousin in their battles helped her get a feel for what she was doing, as well as some of the knowledge coming naturally, laying dormant within her mind from the day she touched the crystal. The fighting was occasionally fierce, however when it ended one would think it was simply rivals having a contest but were yet still friends.
Though, while she wandered around all the countries and even the seas, she couldn't avoid the growing conflicts. She knew what fighting was going on, one man trying to rule everything, the rest trying to remain independent. When she'd come across these battlefields she would help anyone she could, regardless of which of the two sides. This often drew the ire of whichever side had won the battle and had anyone left. Even having to break up fights of those she just helped. Often pointing out that side made no difference to her for the same reason they should not fight after being healed. Their just soldiers following orders. However, she did find herself at odds at times and in the fighting, because either she was staying at the place being attacked, or on a couple occasions, heard her home was being targeted.
However, while on a boat at sea the ship got caught in a storm. And while getting tossed about, she was tossed through a portal that landed her in Omphalos. One of the firs people she met was a pirate from yet another world, who she volunteered to join because it sounded like it could be fun and would be something new, as well as he didn't seem like a bad person. She would like to actually find someone that knows necromancy to help her better it here, figuring if she can improve it it can bolster the force while hopefully meaning less of the living are injured.

She wanted her own realm to rule, however, not wanting to see it slowly corrupt her as that was how it usually started, wanting one country and then another, she stood in her way. But watching her cousin in their battles helped her get a feel for what she was doing, as well as some of the knowledge coming naturally, laying dormant within her mind from the day she touched the crystal. The fighting was occasionally fierce, however when it ended one would think it was simply rivals having a contest but were yet still friends.
Though, while she wandered around all the countries and even the seas, she couldn't avoid the growing conflicts. She knew what fighting was going on, one man trying to rule everything, the rest trying to remain independent. When she'd come across these battlefields she would help anyone she could, regardless of which of the two sides. This often drew the ire of whichever side had won the battle and had anyone left. Even having to break up fights of those she just helped. Often pointing out that side made no difference to her for the same reason they should not fight after being healed. Their just soldiers following orders. However, she did find herself at odds at times and in the fighting, because either she was staying at the place being attacked, or on a couple occasions, heard her home was being targeted.
However, while on a boat at sea the ship got caught in a storm. And while getting tossed about, she was tossed through a portal that landed her in Omphalos. One of the firs people she met was a pirate from yet another world, who she volunteered to join because it sounded like it could be fun and would be something new, as well as he didn't seem like a bad person. She would like to actually find someone that knows necromancy to help her better it here, figuring if she can improve it it can bolster the force while hopefully meaning less of the living are injured.
