Loki had managed to find a person who could help him travel away from Omphalos for a time. He asked to go anywhere in this new realms and the person took him to a place called Macalania Woods. He had heard from the person owning a shop where he was left, that he wouldn't want to venture into the woods and that he came at a bad time. But Loki didn't care at all. He went on the path, first noticing a frozen lake. Of course the first place he finds is like ice. He quietly ventures forward, looking at his surroundings in slight interest. The woods and beautiful ice crystals merged almost perfectly. This place was far better than Jotunheim and Loki wasn't at all afraid to admit that. Jotunhiem lacked this place beauty in every aspect. That's when he was stopped by what he assumed was an inhabitant of the woods and he couldn't help but narrow his eyes slightly.
Why are you here, stranger? Asked the Guado who stopped him. "I am here for my own reasons," was Loki's reply. "If you came to harm the woods then I am afraid that there is not much that you can do to further harm this place." Loki bit back a snarl but continued to look at the Guado with narrowed eyes. "And why do you say that?" The Guado turned from Loki and looked up at the woods. "I am afraid that she is dying." That actually stopped Loki for a moment. "What do you mean dying?" The Guado never turned to face him but he answered him very clearly. "The Fayth is fading from her. She doesn't have all that long now. If you are so determined to travel through, be cautious." And with that, the Guado left, leaving Loki to think about what all he had heard. So the woods were to die then, along with all it's inhabitants. And this Fayth must've been something like a god or a god-like force to this world.
He continued on a path until he reached what seems like a small alcove. Curiosity got the better of him as he entered the alcove. And he was glad he did so. He entered a small lake area which was surrounded by ice crystals that seemed to glow in different colors. It was honestly beautiful here. Not quite like Asgard but it was still better than mostly every other place he had ever been to. The snow and dirt softly crunched under his boots as he walked to the lake. "It is truly a shame to see something this beautiful die." There he sat at the edge of the lake, taking in it's beauty before it would all die. Dipping his hand into the water, he smiled when he felt how cool and gentle it was. This place didn't make him change into his Jotun form, which he was very pleased about. But he got the feeling that he would like it here.
