Rism is a girl that one at first glance would most likely call cold, perhaps even calculating. She's learned much from her adoptive mother. Learning to be calm and even tempered and although this is part and parcel of her personality she also seems to care little for those around her. That carelessness is a front, a shell and shield which Rism will hide behind to shut others out.
She seems to think that people should be composed at most times, that there is little room for error and of course everything has a reason. She may come off as harsh and utterly closed off, however this is a lie. She's more... Shy than she is closed off, afraid of being left behind though she wouldn't ever admit it.
Now despite all of this she does have a rather nice side to her, she is generous, she is caring and even with her job as an assassin for hire she has her honor, morals, rules and her own sense of justice. She often believes that the means justify the ends. She cares little for the actual established rules in cities instead abiding by her own morals of what's right and wrong.
In essences she is very cat like. She will love you when she wants to love you and other times she will be extremely temperamental while still managing to seem calm and collected.

History ►:
Rism surprisingly enough actually has very little memory of her childhood. At least the childhood before Eemi adopted her that is. Now the girl was born to a father with feline attributes and a mother who's race is not known. Her parents were murdered by rogue hunters on the way to Omphalos and her father with his last dying breaths and energy made it to the city and left the little baby girl on the doorstep to an orphanage.
Some of the workers came out and with his last words the man simply spoke a few single words.
'Be kind, to my, Rism.'
This allowed them to know the name of the baby girl. Taking her in they raised her she can't even remember the first seven years of the orphanage she was in. Oddly this orphanage was good and it was well thought of. The workers within were kind and caring, they treated the children well.
Then Eemi came. A woman who held quite the presence despite being blind. The woman spoke to children individually but eventually after having an hour long chat about things with Rism she decided to take the little girl with her.
For the rest of her life Rism would be out of rags and in to riches. Well cared for beyond anything she would or could ever expect.
Skipping the little details the young woman grew to learn about how to wield a scythe that she herself could summon, she could also use it very very well. This caught the attention of an assassins guild within the city that she became a part of only in the end to kill them all for having no honor or morals.
She free lanced from there and has done ever since. She has a few rules.
1. No child under the age of fifteen.
2. No pregnant women.
Other than that she can be hired to take an assassination job for a price.
She may or may not get involved in this war with Shinryu that is yet to be seen but other than that? She simply carries on living her days as normal.
